Works fine for me! I peaked at 89,0 kg early April 2008. I started seriously losing weight in May. My objective was 77,0 kg, my ideal weight. (And a number I like, anyway.) I reached it late October 2008, after losing about a pound per week, every week. Since then, I've oscillated around that weight, sometimes gaining one or two kilos, always making the effort to lose them afterwards. Click on the image below to learn more.
